REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Unopened products in original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return email with your order details.

CONDITIONS

Products must be unused and in original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Products showing signs of tampering are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Approved returns receive store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds. Store credit is issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

ll sales of opened research compounds are final. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and safety of our research catalog.
